PRICE LIST:

One day renting:

-         low season (form the 1^st of March to the 23^rd of December) 35 euros

-         high season (from the 3^rd of January to the 31^st of March) 45 euros

-         a festival time (Christmas and New year holidays from the 23^rd of December to the 3^rd of January and during the time of the festival) 60 euros

There are discounts available in case of more days or a month lasting renting of a  house:

-         a 10% discount for one week

-         a 17% discount for fifteen days

-         a 30% discount for a month

In you are interested in renting a house for any other period of time, you can discuss the possibilities individually with the owners.

You can get additional information on both of the contact e-mail addresses. Booking is recommended 20 to 30 days before arrival. A representative of the property agency called Imobiliaria Planejar will wait at the airport or at the bus station for every renter of the house, take him to the house, show him all the rooms and give them the information they need. You will sign the renting contract at the agency Imobiliaria Planejar and pay 500 reals of caution-money (real is brazilian currency and its value is about 70 slovenian tolars). At your leaving you will get it back in case of no damages in the house. If the inventory is damaged, the caution-money is spent on repairing the damage.
