THE OFFER OF RENTING HOLIDAY HOUSES

Here, you can also have the pleasure of staying in a »slovene house« too. The house is situated seven kilometres away from the centre of the city. It is possible to rent two houses with ten beds in each of them. My friend Igor Celestina and I bought the houses last year (2004). We furnished them and now we would like to lend them to backpackers and other travelers. Both houses were build in the year 2003 and are totally identic. They are built of brick and in modern style, in which the typical holiday sea-houses in Brazil are built.

LOCATION OF THE HOUSES

The two houses are situated about seven kilometres away from the centre of Porto Seguro, close to the most famous beach Taperapuan, in the village of Paraiso dos Pataxos, in the street named (Rua) Piratinga 146. The beach lies about ten minutes away by walking. A paved road leads to the beach.

Paraiso dos Pataxos is known as a peaceful and safe settlement and people there recomend it often as a suitable place for holidays. Everything you need for a comfortable staying there is easily reachable to a guest in the slovenian house. A bakery is only a few steps away from the house. Many sorts of delicious bread are baked there. About 200 metres away there is a big shop offering food and meat. Those who do not like to cook and prepare food while being on holidays, can choose a big restaurant – Churrascaria Gaucho – where delicious and cheap brazilian food is served. Gaucho lies by the sea and is only one of all the restaurants nearby.
